Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in offering high-quality cricket jerseys and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Note: Customized or personalized cricket jerseys (with player names, numbers, or logos) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at ecbcouk@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we only offer replacements for defective or incorrect items. For other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
